History

Enter Broadway House, and take a trip back to 1905 in this Historic American Four-Square Style of Architecture.  This lot was purchased from an original Land Holder of Medina Square, Mr. Scott Samual, as a Sublot in 1905.  The Purchaser was Maryette Hills, and the Broadway House was constructed circa 1905-1908. 

To preserve the beauty of this historic gem, we have tried to keep original spaces and parts as much as possible.  Old houses need lots of love and care during renovation.  Please be patient with us as we restore and renovate this home back into the treasure it once was.
